Our products and suppliers pass a series of strict internal and external quality controls. All products and all documents must comply with the laws and regulations of the European Unions and neighbouring countries.
Before delivery to the client, product quality is tested by the manufacturer themself, Kenty Adria or third-party inspection. In this process, various product properties are examined and tested to make sure that they meet the pre-established standards.
You can always check the status of each order in KOPIMS, our unique business analytics system. Our clients can directly log in to the system and track the order status in real time.
Our system allows companies to make decisions about production strategy (e.g. making inventory or ordering on demand), production and inventory management, and customer service for entire SKU classes.
All data related to clients’ orders remain in the database in accordance with the GDPR. Such data are used for analysis and easier re-ordering.
All product descriptions, technical specifications, photographs, illustrations etc. are always available in KOPIMS.
