PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA NOTICE
1. INTRODUCTION
This document provides information on the collection, processing, and protection of personal data by Kenty Adria d.o.o. (hereinafter: Kenty Adria) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable regulations. The individuals to whom this notice applies are users of services, visitors to the website, and visitors to the official premises of Kenty Adria.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
3.1. Intermediation in Trade
Kenty Adria collects and processes personal data of its clients (individuals engaged in registered activities and persons authorized for representation and communication on behalf of legal entities) for the purpose of providing intermediation in trade and other related services.
For these purposes, basic identification data (name and surname) and official contact information (phone number and email address) are collected.
The legal basis for processing personal data is taking pre-contractual actions and fulfilling rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship.
Personal data is retained until the termination of the contractual relationship and the settlement of mutual obligations.
3.2. Rent a Car
Kenty Adria collects and processes personal data of vehicle rental service users (renters and drivers). To determine the driver's age and ability to operate the vehicle, Kenty Adria will collect personal data from the official identification document and driver's license.
Kenty Adria also processes other personal data related to the renter and the driver, which are necessary for providing the service (handling complaints, determining responsibility for damage, processing compensation claims, and other legal purposes).
The legal basis for processing personal data is taking pre-contractual actions and fulfilling rights and obligations under the vehicle rental agreement.
Personal data of users is stored for a period of 6 months after the expiration of the vehicle rental agreement.
3.3. Responding to Inquiries and Handling Complaints
Service users, potential clients, and other individuals can submit inquiries and obtain information about our services through publicly available email addresses or the contact form on our website. For contact purposes, data contained in the inquiries and the email address from which the inquiry was sent are collected.
In the case of consumer complaints regarding products for which Kenty Adria is the importer and/or distributor, we will collect basic information about the complaint provided by the retailer where the disputed product was sold.
Depending on the nature of the inquiry or request, the legal basis for processing the data may be taking pre-contractual actions or fulfilling contractual and legal obligations in the area of consumer protection.
Personal data is retained for a period of 12 months from the receipt of the inquiry or complaint.
3.4. Video Surveillance of Official Premises
At the entrance and exit of Kenty Adria's official premises, a video surveillance system is in place. The processing of data through this system is based on the legitimate interest in protecting individuals and property.
Video recordings are retained for a maximum of 60 days.
3.5. Use of Official Websites
For the proper functioning of the website, creating statistical reports on visits, analyzing website usage, and online marketing on websites managed by Kenty Adria, cookies are used.
When visiting the website, visitors are informed about the cookies being used and are given the option to freely choose and select the type of cookies.

3.6. Organizing Events and Promotion
Kenty Adria occasionally organizes events for its business partners and other guests. Based on its legitimate interest in conducting promotional activities, Kenty Adria photographs and records certain events, and potentially publicly shares the materials in the media, on websites, and social media. All participants are always informed in advance about these activities.
3.7. Selection Process
Kenty Adria collects open applications and applications for job openings. All interested candidates are informed about the data processing when applying for a position or sending an open application, and they are provided with all the rights outlined in point 6 of this Notice.
4. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
In special circumstances, Kenty Adria will provide the requested data to authorized public authorities, within the scope of investigations and other official actions, such as the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Kenty Adria also uses other services necessary for proper business operations, such as IT support, and in certain situations, specific personal data will be provided to providers of these and similar services.
Special agreements have been made with all business partners and service providers who are considered data processors, outlining mandatory protective measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data and other confidential information.
5. PLACE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Kenty Adria processes and stores personal data within the European Union and the European Economic Area.
In the event of a legitimate business need to transfer personal data to third countries, Kenty Adria will take the mandatory protective measures defined by the General Data Protection Regulation.
6. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Data subjects have the following rights regarding the processing of their personal data:
- The right to information about the processing, access to, and a copy of the data;
- The right to correct inaccurate and/or complete incomplete data;
- The right to erase data (if there is no legal basis for further processing or storage).
- Depending on the method of data processing and the legal basis, data subjects also have the following rights:
- The right to restrict processing;
- The right to data portability;
- The right to object to processing based on the legitimate interest of Kenty Adria;
- The right to withdraw previously given consent for data processing;
- The right to object to decisions based solely on automated processing, which have significant legal effects on the data subject.

PROCESSING OF CANDIDATES' DATA IN THE SELECTION PROCEDURE NOTICE
Introduction
Through this notice, Kenty Adria d.o.o., headquartered at Radnička cesta 45, 10000 Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company), as a potential employer, informs candidates who have applied for job vacancies about the purposes and means of processing personal data, as well as their available rights.
The Company is the data controller and collects and processes candidates' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Processing of Personal Data Notice .
We process personal data that is necessary for conducting the recruitment process for a specific job position and selecting the best candidate.
For the purpose of posting job advertisements and collecting applications, the Company uses the platform MojPosao.
For this goal, we process the data defined as necessary in the job advertisement, such as basic identification data, information about qualifications, acquired titles, and work experience.
Additionally, we may collect other relevant information about your work experience and professional activities from business social networks or other publicly available sources if you have provided links to the relevant profiles or websites.
After the first phase of the recruitment process, if you meet the conditions, you may be invited for psychological testing, aimed at assessing basic personality traits and cognitive abilities, as well as tests to verify the level of professional knowledge required for the job position.
The purposes of processing personal data are lawful as the processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company (evaluating the candidate's suitability for performing the tasks required for the advertised job position) and for taking steps prior to entering into an employment contract.
After completing the selection process, if you have given your consent, your data from the resume and test results will be kept for 12 months to allow us to contact you for another job position that matches your work experience and qualifications. You may withdraw your consent at any time, and in such case, your resume and other related data will be deleted.
If you are selected as the best candidate for a specific position and accept the offered terms, we will request additional personal data for the purposes of entering into and fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from the employment contract, as well as for fulfilling legal obligations to which the Company is subject.

The right to information about the processing and access to and a copy of the data;
