Join our team as a Graphic Designer and take part in a wide range of activities, including graphic production, layout of flyers and catalogs, development of creative design solutions for print and digital media, creation of POS materials, and photo editing and preparation.

Your role will include: 

• Graphic production and layout of flyers and catalogs
• Proposing creative and design solutions for print and digital media, and collaborating with printing partners
• Designing and producing POS materials
• Contributing to concept development and visual solutions
• Editing and preparing photographs for flyers and other printed materials
• Supporting the development of promotional materials, new packaging, and internal design needs
• Creating graphic solutions that strengthen the visual identity of brands and their products
• Designing materials for print, web, social media, illustrations, product packaging, and presentations
• Ensuring consistent brand perception across all materials
• Contributing to the development of brand identity
• Project coordination and basic project management
• Collaboration with other teams and departments within the company

Fixed-term employment to cover a temporary absence until the employee returns from maternity leave, with a six-month probation period.

• Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of print production
• High level of written communication in Croatian and English
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is preferred
• Creativity and strong communication skills
• Reliability, accuracy, flexibility, and the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to set priorities effectively
• Highly developed organizational and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of current marketing trends
• Valid Category B driving license

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree required

At least one year of experience in a similar role; experience in graphic production, knowledge of graphic processes and printing technologies, and an understanding of typography and fonts are considered an advantage.
