Your job will include:
- Ensuring certifications and essential documentation for the safe market placement of products
- Creating and verifying product labels
- Checking the authenticity of certificates
- Communicating with suppliers, customers, and agents
- Sampling, conducting, and monitoring product testing, and reporting on results
- Regional legislative compliance
- Monitoring legal regulations, informing relevant stakeholders, and adjusting internal processes accordingly
- Attending training sessions as needed
- Participating in the implementation of ISO standards within the organization
- Responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities in a timely manner
- Keeping records of inspection reports and collecting/sending necessary documentation to the inspection authorities
- Proposing product improvements and contributing to product development
- Completing ECO product forms and submitting FZOU applications
- Quality control of delivered items
- Contributing to product packaging design, with a special focus on warnings regarding usage, assembly, and maintenance
- Translating and reviewing user manuals, warranty documents, and other relevant accompanying documentation
- Checking tariff codes
- Participating in contract negotiations and later ensuring contract clauses related to quality control are implemented and adhered to
- Organizing post-sales activities
- Monitoring statistical parameters (complaint reports, approvals, inspection records, etc.)
- Performing other tasks as assigned by superiors
