Introducing our new loyalty program: "Play-Time: Goal Stars 2024"

In partnership with our collaborators, we’re excited to launch another ambitious loyalty program, this time dedicated to the fans of the world’s most beloved sport. With the upcoming football fever, we’ve created something special for all football enthusiasts and loyal customers. Join us as the twelfth player on the field and collect all the national football teams of Europe.

The Play-Time football album and player cards are available at the stores of our partners: Konzum in Croatia, Mercator in Slovenia, Idea, Mercator and Roda in Serbia.

 

How does "Play-Time" work?

Your Play-Time football adventure begins with the purchase of a starter set, which includes a football album for collecting player cards and a sports shoe bag. The album features 144 slots to collect a series of cards showcasing the biggest stars from 21 European national teams.

For every qualifying purchase or by buying select products at partner stores, customers receive a packet containing one random player card. Each card displays a player from a current European national team, complete with stats and skills presented in numerical values.

Collectors can trade duplicates, encouraging a sense of community around the Play-Time program. We invite our partners’ loyal customers to engage, exchange, and build connections while enjoying this exciting initiative.

The Play-Time loyalty program offers numerous benefits for grocery store chains. During this period of heightened football excitement, we enhance the shopping experience by integrating the Play-Time card collection program into the purchasing process.

For each purchase of qualifying products or above a certain spending threshold, customers receive a packet with a randomly selected card. This promotion drives customer loyalty, encouraging return visits to continue collecting cards—boosting both sales and foot traffic.
