Practical Activities and Measures
In daily business operations, special attention is devoted to:
- Waste management: Active efforts are made to reduce the volume of waste, particularly office waste, through document digitization, double-sided printing, and proper waste sorting. Electronic waste and packaging are systematically monitored and reported to the competent authorities.
- Packaging management: Preference is given to suppliers using recycled and recyclable packaging, as well as to the use of reusable packaging within the company, further reducing waste volume.
Energy and resource management: Employees are trained and encouraged to use electricity, water, office paper, and office materials efficiently. Resource consumption is regularly monitored, and the vehicle fleet is operated in accordance with eco-friendly driving principles. - Supplier and product selection: The procurement and trading departments take environmental impact into account when selecting suppliers and products, choosing those with a lower environmental footprint whenever possible.
- Employee education: All employees are familiarized with the Environmental Management System and regularly participate in training programs that empower them to act responsibly towards the environment. In addition to internal training, additional external training sessions are planned to further deepen their knowledge.
